Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the operation of HVAC Equipment, accepting and installing new equipment. To carry out commissioning and experiments.
• To execute the preparation of Method Statement, ITP, IRF, BOQ documents.
• Ability to operate, manage and complete HVAC, Fire, Plumbing and Sewerage Projects. Making calculations and applying plans for HVAC systems. Preparation of project plan schedules and sending to clients for approval.
• High level of AUTOCAD. Work in Tekla Structure, SAP2000, Lira Sapr, REVIT, Primavera programs. FEED and Detail HVAC and construction project development.
• Maintenance and repair of all HVAC equipment (Chiller, AHU, Rooftops, VRV and fancoil) in working order.
• Inspection of all heating and ventilation systems, data collection,
• Calculation of heat volume according to customer requirements, application of customer comments on heat volume, concept, ventilation system according to SMACNA, ASHRAE and other standards, assistance for preparation of SLD and sending for customer approval.
• Preparation of requests for quotations to equipment suppliers.
• Providing all required information for installation of fire safety valves, ventilators.
• The prices given by the suppliers should be reviewed, investigated and the best price and quality should be highlighted.
• Reviewing the final drawings provided by the customer.
• Providing support to the collective in the production process.
• Preparation of instructions for installation and operation.
• Attending client meetings to clarify goals and resolve issues.

Requirements:

• Higher Education
• Having professional certificates
• Work experience: Minimum 10 years
• Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages
• Computer skills: MC Office, AutoCad- is advantageous
