Job Title:    Inventory Cataloguer Coordinator

Location:    Baku, Azerbaijan

 Job Purpose:

• Responsible for managing the catalog of materials, monitoring and controlling inventory integrity
• Maintaining product identification and inputs data about product into electronic catalog, Materials Movement System to ensure users can locate product
• Researching inventory discrepancies and making necessary corrections.
• Prepares descriptions and item records for Data base
• Categorize and classify all materials and products
• Input details about new material and products into Materials Movement System, website and catalog
• Responsible for overseeing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations.
• Tracking, and reporting non-conforming product
• Resolving inventory problems in a timely manner
• Documenting and controlling aged & damaged product.
• Ensuring all labeling requirements is met in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and Integrate efforts across operational departments to enhance inventory accuracy
• Assist supervision/management as needed

Skills

• Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized library, spreadsheet, MMS
• Languages - English, Azerbaijan and Russian
• Strong knowledge of EN Standards toward to PPE
• Ability to manage a library and its collection
• Ability to maintain appropriate records and control
• Flexibility and the ability to manage change;
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team as well as manage people;
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
• Negotiation and analytical skills;

• · 3-5 year in similar positions
