Requirements:

Higher education (HR, Business Management or Psychology are preferable) 
Minimum 3 years of experience dealing with complex HR processes
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including performance management, succession planning, recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefit, HR planning, employee relations, HR operations and local labor code
Previous experience in a HR Generalist role managing all HR related processes
Perfect understanding and knowledge of all HR related issues and processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent influencing and coaching skills
Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
Proven effective people management skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide consultancy to designated business units` management on Human Resource related issues. Provide high level of HR service delivery.
Provide instant and immediate feedback on all HR Processes, Procedures and Initiatives. Apply HR policies in designated units, guidance to line management in implementation of processes.
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention. Conduct periodical meetings with respective business units.
Management of PMD Cycle in designated units. Performance management guidance to line management (implement, communicate, coach). Ensure all employees have clear understanding of individual, unit and company targets.
Competency based recruitment (internal and external) of key talents in line with recruitment plan. Guide designated unit management with effective selection techniques/tools.
Ensure that all new employees are inducted professionally and their probation period is managed in a wisely manner: relevant and measurable objectives are set up.
Working with unit line management in order to define key talents and key job positions. Identify backups for critical positions. Design of  succession planning and implementation in line with development plans, training needs
Guidance to unit line managers with preparation and implementation of individual development plans of employees.
Assess, identify and prioritize training and development needs. Schedule and deliver trainings.
Participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs. Ensure training objectives are met.
Communicate/coach and implement compensation and benefits policy and procedures (e.g., bonus payment, salary adjustments) in units.
Work coordinately with line managers for job grading and matching. Ensure that all job descriptions were prepared, reviewed and communicated.
Receive organizational change requests and discuss the need with line managers. Perform headcount planning discussions with divisions and departments
Guidance to Unit Management on planning and implementation of vacations. Keeping HR Processes in a full compliance with legal and regulatory framework
Periodical reports on HR processes implemented in designated units
Making sure that all necessary documentation related with HR processes were in place
