Operations Coordinator
Job Description
Fulfill and/or assist in the implementation of
Coordination of projects relating to the Industrial department of Company
Coordination of activities of the assigned sub-contractors or in-house personnel involved to ensure they strictly follow the agreed scope and alert of any variations
Maintenance of the Client’s correspondence related to department activities
Preparation of reports on the result of performing works (Inspection, Verification, Witnessing and Supervision)
Collecting of all necessary completion supporting docs for invoicing
Keeping all job files in systemized order for easy reference
Management of any project activities as required
Essential requirement for the candidate
Those appointed for this position should have higher education and experience in administration and engineering
Able to work independently and to coordinate several activities
Able to interact with all management levels, suppliers and Clients
Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Works well under pressure
Fluent knowledge of English and office software
