Operations Coordinator 

Job Description

Fulfill and/or assist in the implementation of

 Coordination of projects relating to the Industrial department of Company
 Coordination of activities of the assigned sub-contractors or in-house personnel involved to ensure they strictly follow the agreed scope and alert of any variations
 Maintenance of  the Client’s correspondence related to department activities
 Preparation of reports on the result of performing works (Inspection, Verification, Witnessing and Supervision)
 Collecting of all necessary completion supporting docs for invoicing
 Keeping all job files in systemized order for easy reference
 Management of any project activities as required

Essential requirement for the candidate

 Those appointed for this position should have higher education and experience in administration and engineering
 Able to work independently and to coordinate several activities
 Able to interact with all management levels, suppliers and Clients
 Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
 Works well under pressure
 Fluent knowledge of  English and office software
