EnerMech’s Cranes & Lifting division offers a professional and competitive service in all areas of offshore crane and lifting operations. We provide specialist services in the operation, inspection and maintenance of cranes & associated lifting equipment, and lifting related equipment, as well as design, engineering and management of onshore & offshore crane projects.
 
At the moment Enermech Baku is looking to recruit the Hydraulic Manager.
 
Job Responsibilities:
 
• Lead Baku Azerbaijan Hydraulics department.
• Ensure all Hydraulics contracts and projects are delivered safely.
• Deliver in Country Hydraulics budget revenue and profit.
• Support business development.
• Resource department for current and future needs.
• Interface with Hydraulics workshop and stores
 
Required Experience:
 
Essential
 
•  Must be able to speak clearly in Azeri, Russian and English and deliver material accurately with Job knowledge and experience
• Professional appearance and conduct at all times.
• Flexible Hose Assembly Techniques
• Hydraulics rental management
• Hydraulics maintenance & inspection
• Hydraulics operations and use
• High pressure unit operating procedures 
• Gas compression experience
• Knowledge and workings of all valve assemblies
• Diesel generators and compressors
• Excellent communicator
• Good man management skills
• Excellent English language and written
• Good IT skills
• Design solution ability 
 
Preferred
 
• Lifting Hydraulics management
• Lifting Hydraulics and associated structures inspection
• Electrical knowledge associated with Hydraulic assembly

Required Qualifications:
 
Essential
 
• Ability to read and construct from schematics Technical drawing
• Advanced knowledge in fluid particles and constitution
• Certified Diesel mechanical  vocation
• Vocation in Engineering
• Project management experience
• Servo systems and equipment
• Proven track record in above 
 
Preferred

• On site management
• Comprehensive range of all Hydraulics and associated scopes
 
Personal Qualities:
 
• Leadership Ability to manage teams up to 30 people
• HR Skills Knowledge of PDP process and feedback and discipline skills
• Financial Skills Understanding of Budget, CAPEX, Gross Profit
• QHSE Skills High level of delivery of behavioural based Safety management. Knowledge and understanding of implementation and adherence to processes.
• Business Development Skills Ability to implement Client Account Management
• Project Management Skills Understanding of Risk, Change, Variations and Planning.
