BakuNights” is Baku’s newest and fastest developing informational and advertising booklet born to highlight the best that Baku has to offer for both the seasoned Baku citizen and visitor to our beautiful city.

SALES MANAGER

The main responsibilities will be:

• Locate and contact potential clients to offer advertising services.
• Persuade clients the benefit of the offered services.
• Provide clients with estimates of the costs of advertising services.
• Negotiate terms and conditions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to new and existing customers to sell new advertising programs, and to protect and increase existing advertising.
• Inform customers of available options for advertisement artwork, and provide samples and agree proofs.
• Deliver advertising or illustration proofs to customers for approval.
• Prepare promotional plans, sales literature, media kits, and sales contracts, with ability to use computer programs.
• Draw up contracts for advertising and manage payments due.
• Obtain and study information about clients' products, needs, problems, advertising history, and business practices to offer effective sales presentations and appropriate product assistance.
• Consult with company officials, sales departments, and advertising agencies to develop promotional plans.
• Identify new advertising markets, and propose products to serve them and sales strategies.
• Process and manage all correspondence and paperwork related to sales.
• Attend sales meetings, industry trade shows, and training seminars to gather information, promote services, expand network of contacts, and increase knowledge.
• Write sales outlines for use by staff and report to senior management.
• Develop and manage long term partner relationships with Clients.
• Manage, coordinate and participate in the distribution of the company’s product.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATE

• Degree or suitable University qualification.
• Three (3) + years sales and marketing experience. Experience in service sales is preferable.
• Female between 20-35 years old.
• Personal drive and sales altitude.
• City travel availability.
• Can do attitude
• Desire to join a young dynamic team with a view of genuine long term career progression and personal enhancement.
• Strong interpersonal skills and brand identity.

Required skills are:

• Ability in selling or influencing Clients.
• Ability to persuade.
• Communicating with Persons.
• Ability in market research.
• Establishing and maintaining Interpersonal Relationships.
• Computer skills.
• Good knowledge of Azeri, Russian, English languages
• Making decisions and solving problems.
• Scheduling work and activities.
• Good time management skills

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

• 1 (one) year renewable contract in accordance with Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan
• 3 month probation period.
• 30 calendar days annual leave plus public holidays.
• 600-1500 AZN net salary based on experience of the candidate.
• Performance based incentives (bonuses from the sale).
• Working days Monday to Saturday from 10.00 to 13.00 from 14.00 to 19.00.
• Allowance for transportation and phone.
• Compulsory Insurance.
