Project Administrator

Job Responsibilities:

• Organizing office operations and procedures
• Answering telephone calls
• Greeting persons entering company, direct persons to correct destination
• Preparing letters and documents
• Scheduling appointments, organizing meetings
• Keeping office supplies stocked
• Registering of incoming and outgoing correspondence; registering all the incoming documentations concerning the project (reports, drawings, memorandums and statements)
• Assistance on visa support for US travelers (preparation of the Letters of Invitation, getting visa numbers, preparation of documents connected with it)
• Assistance to Logistic Coordinator in arranging business trips for the travelers (booking and purchasing air tickets, preparing necessary documents for a treaty with Baku Airport for the right to use CIP services)
• Assistance to Training Coordinators in training arrangements; preparing kits for participants, making badges, nametags and certificates
• All other duties as assigned by management in support of office

Requirements:

• University degree
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian
• At least one year work experience in the similar position
• Knowledge of office administration
• Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Effective organizational skills

Salary 500-550 AZN.
