An exciting role has opened in the IT Department and we are looking for a well-organized and enthusiastic IT Manager who shall be responsible for the successful operation of the department. 
 
Main Duties

•Ensure that standards and best practices are continuously communicated and implemented throughout the department.
•Ensures that the hotel adopts and maintains brand standards for guest and business services in relation to IT services.
•Responds to changes both environmental and/or as directed by management
•Motivates and inspires others to perform
•Seeks innovative solutions that streamline I.T processes
•Acts as a consultant to colleagues to ensure IT resources are utilized to their full extent
•Assists with the planning and implementation of projects
•Ensure that departmental costs are reduced through effective purchasing and negotiation.
•Assists with the preparation and monitoring of budgets
•Seeks new areas for revenue generation through IT
•Develops continuous relationships with local and international vendors
•Monitoring the network and ensuring its smooth running.
•Upkeep & Health of the Servers & Interfaces
•Maintenance of the Interactive TV system.
•Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Hardware like Printers, PC's, and Network Cards.
•Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Fax Machines.
•Assist users in all their computer related problems.
•Provide essential training to the user.
•Must perform other duties that may be reasonably required by the management

About you:

•Must hold a University Degree or equivalent
•4 years in a similar position and must have experience within hotel operations
•Must have good interpersonal Skills
•Strong Leadership and organisation skills with a "hands on approach"
•High level of written and verbal business English
•Fluent in Azeri/Russian or Turkish Language
•Exceptional Communication Skills, both verbal and written in order to communicate to colleagues and hotel guest on I.T issues.
•Must be able to work under pressure.
