Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
Job Description:
• Planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt, order assembly and dispatch of goods;
• The efficient utilization of space and mechanical handling equipment, ensuring quality,
• Having a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the warehouse contributes to these;
• Coordinating the use of automated and computerized systems where utilized;
• Responding to and dealing with customer communication by email and telephone;
• Keeping stock control systems up to date and ensuring inventory accuracy;
• Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis;
• Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment, ensuring that stock stored safely;
Requirements:
• High school graduate
• Experience in similar positions – 3-5 year
• Fluent written and oral in Azerbaijani and Russian, Intermediate level of English
• Microsoft Office, 1C,Materials Movement System(SAP, MAXIMO and e.t.c.)
• General knowledge of modern warehouse and inventory practices; thorough knowledge of all types of materials
• General knowledge of the applicable standard grades and qualities of equipment, materials and supplies;
• Ability to prepare and maintain accurate records;
• Ability to plan and supervise the work of others;
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with associates; ability to
prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
