Job of a cost controller involves:
- Monitoring the financial progress of a project
- Computing operating fixed and variable costs and comparing such costs to budgets
- Tracking, analysing and controlling the costs associated with a project, such as large-scale construction projects where there are multiple subcontractors, inspectors and suppliers who all need paying
- Prepare schedule progress reports, trending charts and forecasting the project’s budget.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost control or financial management
- Thorough understanding of accounting principles and budgeting procedures
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of Azerbaijani and English ( fluent ).
