Key Functions:

• Greet incoming guests warmly with a genuine smile, escort them to assigned dining area and present menus;
• Take care of guests from arrival to leaving the outlet according to standards
• Provide recommendations for customer service delivery, familiarize them with existing food and beverageassortment.
• Review customers' complaints about unsatisfactory service and implement appropriate organizational and technical measures.
• Control of hall, bar, showcase, provide cleanliness and comfort in the hall.
• Work closely in supportive and flexible way with other employees and departments under the slogan "We are a team!"

Job Requirements:

• Effective communication skills with guests and staff
• Learn menu items and be able to describe them appropriately to guests
• Proficient in Azeri and English, Russian is an advantage
