Location: Remote Job (Azerbaijan - Uzbekistan)

Budget Monitoring and Analysis:

• Develop and maintain project budgets in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders.
• Monitor project expenditures and analyze cost trends to identify deviations and recommend corrective actions.

Cost Reporting:

• Prepare regular cost reports and financial forecasts for project stakeholders, highlighting variances and explaining reasons for changes.
• Provide accurate and timely information on project financial performance, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Cost Management:

• Implement cost control procedures and processes to optimize project costs and maximize profitability.
• Review project contracts and change orders to assess financial impacts and ensure alignment with budget constraints.

Risk Assessment:

• Identify potential cost risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize financial exposure.
• Collaborate with project teams to anticipate and address cost-related issues proactively.

Data Analysis and Forecasting:

• Utilize cost estimation tools and software to perform quantitative analysis and forecasting.
• Generate cost models and scenarios to support decision-making and resource allocation.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to cost management.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, invoices, and cost-related documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience (10 years) in cost control or project controls within the energetic or high voltage sectors.
• Proficiency in cost estimation, budget analysis, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of project management software and tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel advanced) preferred.
• Fluent in Azerbaijani Russian and English  Languages
