As a successful candidate you will own and utilize new and existing technology and processes to ensure the overall plant performance is maintained and improved. You will interface with Vendors and other teams in AGT to drive improvements through implementing a reliability program focused on reliability management and defect elimination, thus helping to prevent unplanned events that lead to unit upsets, off-specification and release of material to the environment.
Key accountabilities
Objectives of the role include, but not limited to:
- Drive Production Efficiency Improvement for Midstream through investigation of production deferrals (5-Whys, RCFAs) and deep understanding of equipment and system performance.
- Analyse data in the CMMS (Maximo) and/or utilizing tools such as Business Objects and Bi-Cycle to identify opportunities for improvement in asset, system and equipment reliability.
- Quantify opportunities identified and where appropriate, engage with other Azerbaijan SPU Teams to prepare and present recommendations for those opportunities that offer cost effective un-planned production deferral reduction.
- Develops and maintains production critical equipment list and appropriate corresponding reliability envelopes.
- Monitors asset health and coordinates analysis of PdM and condition monitoring anomalies with operations, engineering specialties, Maintenance Engineer and PdM technicians to address interventions and improvements.
