Position title: Operations Manager
Reports to: Country manager, COO of Holding
Schedule/Location: 5/2, Baku Azerbaijan, Uralsk Kazakhstan
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Oversee and manage operational activities directly related to providing services in a safe and profitable manner consistent with company policies and district requirements.
• Direct and coordinate activities of department concerned with providing services.
• Review financial statements, activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and process improvement.
• Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
• Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.
• Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with Country Manager and COO of Holding as necessary.
• Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.
• Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, representing management in purchase negotiations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor degree in Petroleum Engineering or relevant discipline
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory/ managerial experiences in Operations
• 10 years field service in company core business line
• Deep knowledge of oilfield product and services.
• Excellent organization, time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good English verbal communication and written skills
