Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and design engaging social media graphics, banners, and advertisements to enhance our brand presence and drive user engagement across various platforms.
- Create visually appealing print materials such as brochures, flyers, and business cards that effectively communicate our brand message and captivate our target audience.
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos that showcase our services, education programs, and school events.
- Edit and enhance photos and videos using industry-standard software to produce polished and professional visual content.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design strategies aligned with our brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure our designs are innovative and effective.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Coordinate with external vendors and printers to ensure accurate production of print materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree
- Proven experience (1+ years) working as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in social media designs, print materials, photography, videography, and video editing.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, and iMovie.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent photography skills, including composition, lighting, and post-processing.
- Ability to create engaging and visually appealing videos, including shooting, editing, and adding motion graphics and effects.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian languages

- General computer knowledge including the use the Microsoft Office programs.

- Flexibility to work longer hours occasionally if needed.
