In order to support the high level of guest service provided, we are currently recruiting a Guest Relations Officer. He/she will be reporting to the Front Office Manager and be responsible for the correct handling of all guests in the hotel. In detail, this includes but is not limited to the following duties:
• To control the correct room allocation and services to VIP's, long-staying guests, etc.
• To check VIP rooms regularly and ensure standards are met, and amenities properly distributed.
• To maintain an active program of correspondence to the guest
• To follow up guest complaints and ensure they are properly handled.
• To maintain and update a thorough database of regular guests and their specific needs, requirements, birthdays, etc.
• To establish an effective relationship with all guests.
Requirements:
• At least one year of Front Office experience.
• Knowledge of Opera
• Fluent English, Russian, Azerbaijani, Turkish is preferable
• A talent for communcation.
• An eye for detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Working hours & days: 14:30-23:00, 5 days in a week
