Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to translate wireframes and design concepts into clean, responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Build reusable UI components and libraries to streamline future development efforts.
- Ensure websites and applications are cross-browser compatible and function optimally on various devices and screen sizes.
- Contribute to code reviews, debugging, and problem-solving with the team.
- Assist in optimizing web applications for speed and scalability.
- Stay current on evolving web development trends, frameworks, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in HTML5, CSS3 (including preprocessors like SASS/LESS), and JavaScript.
- Experience working with modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus).
- Familiarity with version control systems (preferably Git).
- A keen eye for design and a passion for creating user-centric experiences.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, international team.
- Interest in cross-cultural communication and the ability to adapt solutions to different regional needs.
- English proficiency is essential; Turkish language skills are advantageous.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with UI testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.)
- Basic understanding of back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, etc.)
- Portfolio of personal web development projects
