Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining good communication with architectural offices and contractor companies, creating and developing business relationships through planned and regular visits 
  • Knowing and promoting the company's products and services properly 
  • Conducting continuous market research of the construction and building materials sectors and taking necessary actions based on research results
  • Supervise the execution and handover of all application works
  • Mastering the product details and making preliminary preparations for the specifications in the projects.
  • Offering appropriate products in line with customers' needs with the right pricing strategy
  • Following potential projects and carrying out the necessary promotional activities to include company products and services in the projects.
  • Organizing the necessary seminars and conferences related to sales
  • Contributing to the creation of alternative sales channels
  • Knowing the latest theoretical and practical technical information required for all materials sold and their applications, and constantly develop his or her knowledge and skills 
  • Taking an active role in marketing activities
  • Following architectural trends and developments
  • Providing regular reporting on ongoing sales activities
  • Providing daily/weekly activity planning and data entry via CRM
  • Ensuring all customer / activity / project tracking via CRM

Qualifications:

  • Having a BSc or MSc degree in architecture
  • Having at least 3-year experience in active B2B sales
  • Ability to read all kind of technical documents and drawings
  • Ability to think analytically and result-oriented, always to be presentable
  • Ability to communicate smoothly and love socializing
  • Having self-confident, high persuasion ability and improved communication skills
  • Strong ability to work in a calm manner whilst under pressure both individually and in the team
  • Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems
  • Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD programs, with high reporting skills   
  • Fluent in Azerbaijani and English, Russian is a plus (advance English is definitely required)
  • Have a proper driver license, having a car is a plus 
  • Compatible with flexible working hours and not to have any travel restrictions 

Remuneration: pay package is competitive and will be determined based on interview
