Position required: Architectural design project manager
Location: Baku, Azerbaijan

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
-Help organize and lead the design vision process
-Assure that project vision is carried through all phases of design
-Help develop design direction through sketches, imagery, diagrams, and other media
-Translate schematic design sketches into tangible design development drawings and construction document
-Programming and initial project research, including code requirements
-Provide architectural design for varied projects and client base. Lead the development of stakeholder consensus and follow through with creation of presentation graphics.
-Coordinate design issues with the in-house engineering team.
-Oversee and participate in the production of construction documentation.
-Work with clients, contractors and local officials to coordinate construction issues.
EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:
-Must have strong knowledge and experience with AutoCAD
-Good report and technical writing skills a requirement with proficiency in Microsoft word excel and power point.
