Objectives and responsibilities:

• Development of Concept, Permit and Detailed Design Projects, its elements and details
• Responsible for the content and precision of the Design, project diagrams and calculations
• Preparation of Quantity schedules, Material selection, Design supporting documents
• Assistance in Design Coordination, Communication with other disciplines / outsource associates

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master degree from Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of post-diploma professional experience in design project development
• Previous experience in Concept, Permit and Detailed Design Projects is a must
• Previous experience in Design Studio/company is welcomed
• Previous experience in Project Design Management and Design coordination
• Proficiency in Revit is a must, with minimum 3 years of active design development with this software
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, Auto CAD, Electric-related software
• Proficiency in English language, knowledge of Russian language is a plus

Remarks:

• Application must include CV and Project reference list
• REVIT skills will be checked, but REVIT certificate is a plus
• Knowledge of professional standards and codes is a must, Professional Licenses is a plus
• Responsible and well-organized person, team player oriented, with problem solver attitude
• Analytic and proactive approach to work, dedication and persistence are preferred
• Capable to verbally provide advice, assistance to its superiors, Reports to Design Manager directly
