ICT Company is looking for a candidate for the following position:
Job Title: Receptionist/Office Assistant
Main Responsibilities
• Answer and transfer all incoming calls as efficiently as possible
• Receive and distribute mail/faxes
• Organize outgoing mail for collection and arrange courier transport as requested
• Greet visitors on arrival for meetings etc.
• Assist the employees with word processing/typing as directed. Maintain and up-date the internal company telephone list.
• Take care of meeting room organizations
• Maintain office services
• Control correspondences
• Liaise with other agencies, organizations and groups
• Maintain office equipment
• Maintain office records
• Perform other related duties as required
REQUIREMENT for the Job:
Essential
∙ Advanced level in Azeri, Russian and English languages
∙ High School Graduate
∙ Excellent computer skills
∙ Experience in administration role
∙ Ability to develop and improve processes and work activity
