Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • High school diploma
  • Fluent in Azeri, intermediate level of Russian and English languages is preferable
  • Only female candidates

 Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests positively as soon as they arrive at the office
  •  Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • To serve tea, coffee to director and guests
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
  •  Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/documents/deliveries
  • Hand over the relevant documents to the appropriate organizations, companies
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as typing, filing, photocopying, scanning, transcribing, and faxing
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
  • To order all necessary stationery/ material and distribute to needed departments
  • Any other duties which may be reasonably required by the Management
  • Working hours- 5 days in week, from 09:00 am till 18:00 pm

Salary: 500 azn net
