Title: Technical Solutions Consultant

JOB SUMMARY
Understand the needs of both internal and external clients and create proper solutions accordingly
JOB DUTIES
• Systematic customers and prospects visits with sales team
• Research customer needs, define internal feasibility and providing a solution (i.e. mix design optimization or development of new one, application advice, product testing, on site testing, etc.)
• Dealing with customer complaints and providing solutions
• Organize and conduct the benchmarking of the materials (i.e. CEM, AGG, MIC, clinker, admixture), report and update the software/sales tools
• Monitor the market with regard to new products (constituent raw materials of concrete and mortar production)
• Effective data compilation
REQUIREMENTS

• Good understanding of concrete (beton) characteristics and production process

• Be familiar with know-how in materials science
Education & Experience
• Technical/Engineering University background (architect, civil engineer or similar)
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in ready-mix concrete production, chemical admixtures or construction design specification area
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in Azerbaijani and English. Knowledge of Russian is an advantage
