- Articulating business requirements, concerns or expectations clearly to th development team during and after code reviews.
- Providing insights into how code changes may impact user experience, ensuring that the changes align with user needs
- Understanding how the architecture allows the product to scale with increased user demand or data volume, ensuring that it can handle growth effectively
- Familiarity with the technology stack being used helps in making informed decisions, understanding limitations, and aligning technology choices with business goals
- Be aware of basic security principles and how they apply to the product, contributing to discussions on potential risks and mitigation strategies
- Driving the alignment of product development with strategic business objectives;
- Collaborating to define KPI's and goals for the upcoming quarter;
- Communicating with stakeholders regarding future releases, plans and challenges faced;
- Collaborating on resource planning, ensuring that the necessary budget and manpower are allocated;
- Actively participate sessions regarding QBR process by providing insights into the product's impact on business metrics.

Requirements & qualifications:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in product management or a related field, preferably in an Agile environment.
- Agile Methodology Proficiency: Understanding of Agile principles, practices, and methodologies. Certification in Agile methodologies, such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), is a plus.
- Technical Acumen: Basic understanding of the technologies or systems involved in product development.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to utilize data to identify areas of improvement and implement data-driven changes. Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach to finding solutions.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate business requirements clearly and provide insights effectively.
- Leadership and Team Management: Experience in leading cross-functional teams, providing guidance, resolving conflicts, and facilitating teamwork and collaboration.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to balance different stakeholder demands, manage conflicts, and facilitate consensus.
- Project Management Skills: Competency in managing multiple priorities, handling changing requirements, and timelines while keeping a focus on overall product goals.
