Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that required prerequisites (e.g. design inputs, tools, documentation, deliverables, schedule, budget) are in place prior to commencing work.
  • Produces part(s) of total functional design specifications under supervision.
  • Produces technical design specifications
  • Preparation of detailed work packs and schedules.
  • Executes work assignments to appropriate standards and quality systems (Implementation, Test & Documentation)
  • Support assigned engineer(s) to ensure they are able to meet the requirements of their work assignments.
  • Monitors and controls assigned work scope against the project plan.
  • Effectively communicates with customers to fully define and agree on project requirements.
  • Proactively recommends potential quality and efficiency improvements within the engineering group
  • Shares technical knowledge with the project team, supervisor, own discipline, and other engineering disciplines
  • Reports progress and technical problems to the project and engineering supervisor.
  • Assist in preparation of invoices, proposals and quotations.
  • Assist in the compilation of monthly and quarterly management and technical reports.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field. (Automation Engineering, Control Engineer, Electrical / Electronic)
  • Knowledge of English language (minimum B2)
  • 3 years of experience as a project engineer  
  • Knowledge of reporting/documentation
