Baltika-Baku Brewery is seeking for Head of Legal Unit.

Working conditions:

Location: Khirdalan, Shamakhi road
Working hours: 40 per a week
Business trips: 2-3 per a year

Job description:

Identification and mitigation of risks in connection with the conclusion and implementation of contracts
Preparing draft corporate documents for establishment of representative offices and legal entities;Drafting documentation, writing formal requests, issuing legal memos and formal legal opinion.
 Interaction with state agencies on legal issues
Preparation of petitions, complaints and other legal documents
Preparation of oral and written references concerning legislation
Performing legal research and providing legal advice on Law
Providing legal advice and comments to the management about terms and conditions of the contract which are signed already or is going to be signed
Functional interaction with the legal function of the region of Eastern Europe

Requirements:

Contract law, antitrust law, foreign trade transactions, administrative law, intellectual property law, real estate law, and experience in the courts;
Possession of Legal Information Systems
Higher Law education
Min 5 years of experience in related field, only at FMCG or regulated industry (alcohol, pharmaceuticals, etc.)
Strong communication, analytical skills and leadership qualities.
Ability to identify problems and find possible solutionsrelated to theLegal aspects
Ability to work with contracts
Ability to work under stress
Team-work ability
Advanced MS Office user
Fluent in Azeri &Russian, upper - intermediate in English
