Position summary:
As an HR Intern, you will collaborate with our HR team in all stages of Human Resources campaigns and analyze the outcome of those activities.
Responsibilities:
- Gain a strong understanding of how your area of study can be applied in a Human Resources environment through training and on-the-job experience
- Assist HR Team in the day-to-day HR administration and lifecycle-related activities (Onboarding, Documentation, Promotions, Learning, Retention, etc)
- Maintaining and updating personal files in accordance with certain instructions and procedures
- Submitting documents to the relevant parties calling candidates,
- Monitoring the list of candidates to participate in the selections.
- Develop and strengthen the competencies required for your internship.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management/Administration, Law, Social Sciences, HR, or related field
- Understanding of Human Resources Management (HRM) principles
- Candidates with Human Resources certificates (any) will be given priority.
- The ideal candidate will need to possess strong leadership competencies, and a strong team and analytical skills; strategic thinking skills; proactivity and enthusiasm for work in a fast- moving, dynamic environment.
- The ability to communicate effectively, especially as part of a team.
- Creative to develop unique ideas and expand on them is a plus.
- Able to prioritize work, delegate, and meet deadlines.
- Must be a self-started and highly motivated.
- Fluency in written and oral Azerbaijani, English, and Russian. Proficiency in Turkish is preferred.
- Computer skills-user level (MS Office usage).
- Local candidates are strongly preferred.
