Assistant Dock Master

A Shipbuilding Company is looking for Assistant Dock Master.

Salary is negotiable and depends on candidate’s experience.

Duty & responsibility

*  To assist Dock master  for the smooth operational of Floating Dock;    
* Ship movement which involves docking ;undocking; shifting; berthing and unberthing;  
* Pre-arrangement which involves preparation of keel /side block base on docking Plan(at time ,able to dock ship without docking plan);  
* Other pre-arrangement (outsource) include tugs; trestle /trolley c/w power pack arrangement; 
* General maintenance of Floating Dock electrical/mechanical co-ordination inclusive of the trolley system;
 All related co-ordination work during dock/undock which include Dockers arrangement; divers alignment &
levelness of the keel during uplifting.
* Anchor /anchor chain laying & installation during dry-dock for calibration, marking and repairing. 
* General cleaning/tidiness of the Floating dock; Quay side inclusive the finger pier and transfer area. 

Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical;
Military service should be completed;
Have better computer knowledge and able to work with Excel, Word; 
Able to communicate and express information in written or oral form in Azeri and English
