Key accountabilities:
- Greet and welcome guests;
- Provide visitors with required information
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and organization;
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls;
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email;
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries;
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges);
- Report work-related information and problems to management;
Required skills/experience:
- Good command of the Azerbaijani, English and Russian language, written and verbal – ability to communicate information clearly, concisely, accurately
- Computer skills – particularly Excel and Word.
- Team Player, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Detail oriented; able to work in a fast paced industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Customer service attitude;
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- High school degree
- Min 1 year work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or related fields;
Additional info:
- Working schedule: Monday-Friday from 09:00 till 18:00
