Commercial Officer

A Shipbuilding Company is looking for Commercial Officer in the Shiprepair Division:

Key requirements:

A degree or Diploma in Technical/ Engineering with at least three to five (3-5) years  working experience in  estimation for tendering and billing of repaired ships.
Negotiation skill & international trading knowledge;having good knowledge of tariff rates and man hour calculation for respective production trades,resourceful in getting specialist for works with specialist contents.
Experience insourcing competitive price for ship hardware such as pipes, fittings, electrical parts, tools, safety& live saving items etc would be an added advantage.
Experience in procurement ofmachinery and equipment wouldalso be another  added advantage;
Provide market pricing for budgeting &tendering;
Negotiate with ship’s owner representative for best  settlement  in billing & high profit margin .
Prepare competitive quotation and terms & conditions
Must have computer knowledge in Word/ Excel etc;
Ability to communicate and express in written and spoken English and Azeri
