Job description:

  • Dealing with different HR issues;
  • Creation and management of personal files of employees, work time accounting controls, work documentation related to the acceptance and dismissal of the employees;
  • Drafting and reviewing various documents (templates, letters, requests etc.);
  • Payroll supporting;
  • Obtaining Work Permits and Temporary Residence Permits;
  • Regular communication with clients and the state authorities;
  • Assisting the team members within multifunctional projects;
  • Visiting client office, state authorities, notaries if so required within the project scope.

Requirements:

  • High degree of self-motivation and strong career aspirations;
  • Related work experience is appreciated;
  • Knowledge of labor legislation;
  • Advanced written and spoken Azeri and English, Russian will be an asset
  • Ability to work in an environment of pressing deadlines and dynamic conditions
  • Be creative and ability to focus on client service and strive to exceed clients
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
