Business Developement Specialist
Job purpose
To ensure attracting new clients by developing new products and services
Main duties and responsibilities
1. To conduct insurance market investigation and analysis in order to identify new market opportunities
2. To conduct needs assessment of existing and potential clients
3. To develop new insurance products and services
4. To prepare and develop client awareness raising programs
5. To support sales and marketing teams in achieving planned sales targets
6. To participate in preparing annual business plans, as well as analysis, forecasts and reports on business developement activities
7. To stay updated on best practices in the industry by participating in industry related activites, e.g., exhibitions, conferences etc.

• Ambitiousness and can-do attitude
• Result-orientedness
Selection criteria
• Degree in economics, finance, marketing or business administration
• Min. 2 years of successful track record in one of the areas mentioned above; special preference is given to those with sales experience
• Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English (preferebaly)
