Unicapital Investment Company, a leading financial institution based in Azerbaijan, is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. As a pioneer in the investment sector, we operate three key services at Unicapital - UTrust, UForex and UTrader, and are dedicated to providing innovative financial solutions to our clients. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in elevating the user experience across our websites and contributing to the design and enhancements of our UTrader app and internal web services.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
- Design and maintain the user interfaces for UTrader, Unicapital, and UForex websites, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Contribute to the design and improvement of the UTrader app, focusing on usability and functionality.
- Work closely with developers to implement and iterate on design solutions for both web and app platforms.
- Participate in user research and testing to gather insights and refine designs based on user feedback.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our designs are cutting-edge.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role in a corporate environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, with a focus on web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to apply them to real-world projects.
- Experience working with development teams and a basic understanding of front-end technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of financial or investment platforms is a plus.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Fluent in Azerbaijani and English, both written and spoken.
