Job synopsis:

Training Coordinator will be responsible for company’s outsource and in-house trainings, designing and developing training policies, strategies and procedures, as well as training programs. The role requires comprehensive education/or experience in a related field in oil and gas industry and the same industry standards.

Job Description:

- Designing and developing company’s training needs
- Scheduling and organizing trainings
- Map out training plans, design and develop training programs (outsourced or in-house)
- Finding professional trainers and attracting them to joint action with company
- Choose appropriate training methods per case (simulations, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes etc.)
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
- Provide train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts
- Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting(oil and gas industry is highly appreciated).
- Having good networking with market existing certified trainers ( oil and gas industry)
- Good Language skills: Azerbaijani is mandatory, English and Russian are assets.
- Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and techniques
- MS Office proficiency
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- Strong communication skills
- BS degree in Education, Training, HR or related field

Candidates with trainer experiences in HSE or related training fields will be highly preferred.
