We are looking for experienced professional to fill the position of Exams  Assistant.

The Exams Assistant duties are:

• Manage examiner trainings, certification, monitoring; support exams team; perform all system duties for IELTS (confirming results; signing TRFs; updating website where needed; follow up complaint procedure; and others).
• Promotion of IELTS: use of integrated marketing and communications for extensive promotion of the examination to position IELTS as a leader in the English language market.
• Expansion of client base: for institution-based exams.
• Diversification of exams. Develop University and Professional qualification examinations by working closely with currently available training centres and organizations.
• Expansion of Cambridge ESOL examinations: extensive promotion of TKT as a qualification.
• Promotion of Aptistest to corporate clients and institutions. 
• Accurate financial month end reporting; financial reconciliations; issue SO/POs, submitting other exams related financial documentation
• Meeting targets: reach or exceed agreed targets for examinations in Azerbaijan.
• Preparation of contracts with partners; negotiation of contract context and prices with partners;

Requirements:

Successful applicants will need to be able to travel within Azerbaijan, and other countries on business and to attend evening and weekend events.

Benefits:

Post will benefit from 1 year full-time contract which may be extended, a medical insurance package, and annual defined leave allowance.  Post will be appointed at British Council Grade J and starting annual salary will be AZN 10,717.92. Successful candidate will need to start work with us as soon as possible.
