Baltika-Baku Brewery is seeking for Sales Trainer.

Company offers:

Working conditions:
Location: Khirdalan, Shamakhi road
Working hours: 40 per a week
Business trips: 2-3 per a year

Job description:

• Training and increasing professionalism trade team on both sales channels.
• Training before the season. 
• Preparing presentations.
              Training trade team in a certain period.
              Organization of work with external independent auditors.
Motivationalprograms for employees.
Preparing topics and conducting trainings.
              Self-training for trainer

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Minimum of 2 years experience in related(similar) field in FMCG sector.
• Experience to work with documentation,
• Planning& organizing skills,
• Preparation of activities reports,
• Ability to work under stress,
• Team player, Flexibility,
• Advanced MS Office user,
• Fluent in Azeri& Russian, intermediate in English.
• FMCG experience as advantage
