Experienced Audit Associate

Responsibilities:
 
• Assists in the preparation of audit working papers and other planning documentation
• Understanding and applying the knowledge of accounting and auditing standards
• Assisting in preparation of financial statements
• Assisting in-charge on different client / engagement matters
 
Requirements:
 
•  Higher education: Accounting/Finance/Economics
•  Minimum 2-3 years of audit or accounting experience
•  Practical experience in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS, US GAAP
• Strong commitment to providing an excellent client service
• Professional qualification (ACCA/CPA) is an advantage
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications: (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
• Good command of English and Azerbaijan languages (Russian language is preferable).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple engagements
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to supervise junior staff
• Strong analytical skills
•  Willingness to travel
