Who we are:
We are a financial services company with a portfolio encompassing a diverse range of projects in Azerbaijan. We are seeking a Director of Investor Relations to share our story to the investment community and beyond.  This position will report to our CEO and will be a key member of our executive team.

Position Overview:
This position will support relationship management process with internal and external institutional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a ‘can do’ attitude, ready to face challenges and hard work. There is also a strong administrative component to this role including event planning, calendar management, shareholder communications, website management, overseeing design, development and distribution of corporate publications.

Minimum Expectations:
• Four years of investor relations experience
• BA/BS degree is required. MBA or MPAis a plus
• A business, economics or finance background. Experience in equity markets is preferred.
• Full command of English and Russian in addition to the native Azerbaijani language
• A proactive professional, with natural “ice breaker” skills, and a good team player
• A creative mind with “an extra mile won’t hurt” attitude
• Willingness to travel domestically and overseas
• Commitment for three years

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
• Develop an effective communication with current and prospective investors by broadening awareness and interest through conferences, presentations, meetings and media
• Coordinate IR calendars for senior management.
• Must be an excellent communicator managing internal and external investor relations’ activities.
• Build and maintain targeted database of prospective institutional investors.
• Must be able to introduce, position, and market the company to investors and potential investors at business forums, industry events, institutions, individual meetings and discussions, as well as with the media.
• Demonstrated strong verbal and written skills and interpersonal skills.  Experience as a media spokesperson preferred
• Must have well developed reports drafting skills, and supervise and participate in the data collection, analysis, writing and editing, and production of reports, correspondence, electronic and print contents.
• Manage all vendor contracts and vendor relations related to organizing corporate events, business forums, as well as production of corporate publications and external website.
