Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma/certificates;
- Minimum of two years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required;
- Requires knowledge of the concepts, principals and methodologies of instruction as well as general knowledge of academic curriculum for assigned classes;
- Demonstrated ability to develop instructional goals to design and deliver instruction and to assess students' learning;
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with others effectively, both orally and in writing;
- Demonstrated ability in decision making, problem analysis, conflict resolution, interpersonal relationships, and planning;
Interpersonal Skills:
- Works well with others from diverse backgrounds;
- Focuses on solving conflict; maintaining confidentiality; listening to others without interrupting; keeps emotions under control; contributes to building a positive team spirit;
- Is friendly, personable and diplomatic in dealing with all members of the school community;
- Ability to work rapidly and accurately;
- Ability to exercise good judgment and work in an environment with constant interruptions;
- Is on time, punctual to meetings, knows how to manage a schedule, is organized.
Language Skills:
- Ability to communicate fluently verbally and in writing in Azerbaijani and close to fluently in English;
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from students, parents, staff or members of the community;
