Job description:

• Maintaining smooth operation of company networks;
• Installing and configuring WLC,WiFi AP, L2\L3 switches,routers,firewalls and other network devices;
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
• Building security policies due to requirements;
• Experience and knowlidge of VoIP systems, especially with 3CX;
• Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing, and solving hardware or software faults;
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
• Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system;
• Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs;
• Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate);
• Mounting of active equipments;
• Testing and evaluating new technology;
• Designing enterprise network infrastructures.

Requirements:

• Higher education (technical education is preferable)
• Knowledge of Azeri, Russian, English language
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in similar position
• Good troubleshooting skills 
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI models,S2S VPN,Remote Site VPN,Encryption technologies. 
• Knowledge and experience switches,routers ,VoIP systems.
• Knowledge and experience with NG firewalls like PaloAlto.
• Attentiveness
• Good customer service skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to effectively interface with personnel and customers at all levels
• Recommended certification required: CCNA,CCNP(Preferred),PCNSA
