Title: Assistant to CEO

JOB SUMMARY
Organisation of CEO office and coordination with other teams. Participation in Business Planning and Risk Management activities within the company. Project work to improve profitability, process efficiency and compliance with policies and procedures.
To provide high level administrative support to the CEO, designated Committees and work groups. Manage the CEOs diary and arrange meetings. Assist CEO to organise the workflow and follow up actions delegated by the CEO.
JOB DUTIES
• Coordinate meetings, travel schedules and team events
• Prepare presentations and reports
• Participation in business planning and risk management processes
• Conduct business analysis and process review of projects
• Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks including:
Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar of appointments
Handle requests for internal and external meetings, appointments and conference calls.
Create and distribute meeting agendas; follow up with action items
Take minutes during meetings.
• Conduct research and assist with various projects as required
REQUIREMENTS
• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
• Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members and external partners
• Expert level written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
• Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
• Self starter attitude demonstrating high level of initiative
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
• Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to “think on your feet”
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Education & Experience
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Marketing
• 2-3 years experience in multinational environment
• Fluent in English, Azerbaijani and Russian
