“AAC” LLC is a Modern construction materials Plant officially started to work on December 26, 2011 after the opening ceremony with the participation of President Ilham Aliyev. "AAC" LLC produces aerated concrete blocks, burnt and slaked lime. The annual production capacity of the Plant is 180 thousand cubic meters aerated concrete blocks and 30 thousand tons of the lime. The company is located in the settlement Sangachal of Garadagh district. With about 190 employees the company provides the staff with the vehicle (bus), as well as lunch, life insurance and medical insurance.

Vacancy title: Supervisor for a technical assistance group of Production

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing technical preparation (mechanical, electric, automation) of production;
• Preparation and implementation of plans for daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance of the equipment;
• Supervision on technical operation of the equipment, continuous and high quality work of it, implementation of qualitative repair of the equipment in a timely manner;
• Preparing proposals on the replacement or modification of equipments for the maintenance and safety needs in a financially beneficial way;
• Study and analysis of the technical data and the results of the work indicators, generalization and systematization of them, preparation of required reports with the modern computational techniques;
• Controlling of maintenance in good conditions and the required level of the equipment;
• Supervision on repair of the equipments, preparation of documents on material consumption for repair and maintenance needs, implementation of the repair, estimate the cost calculation;
• Probation, installation and adoption of new technology, equipment testing, supervising the reconstruction of facilities;
• Supervision of the maintenance of the facilities, electricity, gas, water equipments in good condition;
• Supervison of the water and gas meters in the plant, preparation of the monthly, yearly consumption report;
• Organisation and supervision of safe working conditions for employees and execution  by the employers of that requirements on safety;
• During the work to comply with the requirements of environmental protection;

• Execution of plans and other tasks defined by the direct supervisor in a qualitative timely manner;
• Implementation of the internal disciplinary procedures, labor protection, safety and sanitary-hygienic norms and rules;
• Timely and proper execution of its duties under the employment contract and avoid their violation;
• Prepare and submit regular reports on the activities of the direct supervisor;
• Implementation of the orders of a specific task of the direct supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

Higher technical education;
Ability to work with computers;
The technical skills of painting and drawing contours;
Ability to work in AutoCAD program;
Knowing Azerbaijan and Russian languages;
At least 10 years working experience in the field of technology;
At least 5 years work experience in the field of management.
