Requirements and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Previous experience in project coordination, office administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Minimum of upper-intermediate level proficiency in English.
- Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Oil&Gas, EPCs or similar
- Ability to work in high-pressure, deadline driven environment
- Exceptional communication and reporting skills
- Solid working knowledge in all required software
- Outstanding leaderships skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively

Responsibility and authority:
Project Support:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, working closely with project managers and team members.
- Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Facilitate communication and information flow between project team members, and clients.
- Prepare project documentation, including meeting agendas, minutes, progress reports, and presentations.
Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather client requirements and specifications for projects.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and sales data in the CRM system.
- Track and follow up on sales leads, providing support to the sales team as needed.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services to clients.
Administrative Tasks:
- Provide general administrative support to the office, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Maintain project files, documentation, and records in a systematic and accessible manner.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring an adequate stock at all times.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal meetings and events.
