Hiring now: Business Development Consultants (Male/Female)

BDCs are mainly responsible for signing merchants and then management of the relationship with merchants for our e-commerce companies in the food and fashion industry.

This role interacts across multiple departments and functions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Creating a sales pipeline for the portfolio
- Making excellent sales pitches and sales deck for the meetings
- Keep strong follow-up calls, meetings and any other CRM-related activities with merchants
- Negotiate the best contract terms and sign merchants
- Post-signing activities include: featuring the merchant live on the website
- Maintaining detailed knowledge of new and existing merchants and competitors
- Executing post-sale merchant communications and compliance activities
- Meet recovery goals for individual accounts
- Stay updated with new media trends

Requirements for the candidate:

- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree
- Must be fluent in spoken/written Russian, Azeri & English
- Very flexible and friendly personality with exceptional presentation skills
- A go-getter mentality, who believes that winning is everything
- 50% travelling required. Candidate should have his/her conveyance
