Junior Accountant

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct of stock accounting and parking into the system;
• Keep track of incoming invoices from suppliers/accrual and prepayment tracking;
• Parking bank and conversion transactions into the system;
• Allocate/charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing related documents/reports and recording entries;
• Assist in tax review processes and reporting;
• Provide support to manager in month/year-end close process;
• Prepare necessary reports at the request of the management, the implementation of the assigned tasks;

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Economics/Finance.;
• Successful completion of F3-Financial Accounting (ACCA);
• Working experience in the related area +2 years;
• Working experience with Excel and accounting software;
• Fluent in Azerbaijani, minimum Pre-Intermediate level of English. Other languages will be an additional benefit for the employee;
• General knowledge of Azerbaijan Tax regulations;

Proposed Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: 1200 AZN
• Transport and meal provision
• Provision of exam attendance fees (ACCA, CIMA and etc.).
