Baltika-Baku Brewery is seeking for HR Generalist.

About position:

 As Baltika-Baku is preparing transformationfor the HR as Business Partner function, the Employer expecting to hire multi-experienced specialist,
Who will manage several processes for 2-3 functions (exp Supply Chain only, or Commercial only, or Support functions only):
Different HR projects, Employee Relations, Recruiting, Development Activities Administration & Performance management as well.

Requirements:

Higher Education 
Minimum 3 years experience as HR generalist
Fluent Understanding of advance HR processes
Fluent in Azeri, Russian & English Languages
Strong Presentation, Communication & Negotiation skills
Advanced MS Office user
