Marine Operations Manager

Job Descriptions :

-Is responsible for the daily cost effective running of all Onshore and Offshore Projects.
- Ensuring that all Menus and portions meet the requirements of the Contract and are cooked safely by qualified Cooks as per Company Procedures.
-Maintains stock levels on ships so that they do not run out of provisions while ship is at sea.
- Ensures that cleaning standards are being carried out as per the Company’s Cleaning Procedures.
-To have a close working relationship with all Clients Representatives.
-To take active part in Staff Assessments.
-Works with Chief Cooks to encourage periodic changes in the Menus.

-Only foreigner
-Must be energetic,hard-working,teetotal
-Work schedule : Monday-Friday
-Work time : 09:00-18:00
-Paid leave
