Safety Coordinator

A Shipbuilding Company is looking for Safety Coordinator. Salary is negotiable and depends on candidate’s experience.

Key requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree;
At least two (2) years direct working experience as Safety Coordinator (preferable in the offshore industry);
Preferably, possess HSE certificates in marine industry;
Ability to communicate and express information in written or oral form in Azeri and English;
Good written and verbal communication skills;
Ability to work with people from all levels.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspection and audits on the safety provisions and ensure that all statutory regulations, company’s safety regulations are implemented;
Dealing with all matters relating to the development and implementation of the HSE Management system;
Incident reporting and investigation;
Coordinate and conduct safety briefing / training for workers;
Development and implementation of the annual HSE plans and training programs;
Advise and support operations in terms of HSE initiatives and processes;
