Education/Experience/Language requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field is required.
• A minimum of 1 years of progressively responsible experience, related to the position requirements is required.    
• Experience in purchasing is an advantage for both roles
• Proficient in the use of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian languages is required. Knowledge of English language is a benefit.
