Training Officer

A Shipbuilding Company is looking for Training Officer.

Sex: Male
Work Schedule: 5 days, 08:00-17:00

Key requirements

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree
At least1 year of relevant working experience
Working experience in international environment is an added advantage
Fluency in Azerbaijani and English both written and verbal, Russian language is an added advantage
Good interpersonal skills
Good presentation skills
Flexible, enthusiastic, self-motivated and a good team player
Excellent knowledge of MS PowerPoint

Major responsibilities:

Identifyingof internal training needs of company
Plan the annual training calendar and budget
Train, improveof employees specific skills to be in line with job requirements
Organize and coordinate training programs by outsourcing
Preparation ofreports about provided trainings.
